Norte Brasil Transmissora de Energia SA (“Norte Brasil” or “Company”) was incorporated, on May 6, 2008, as a limited liability company, with a fixed term, limited by the conclusion of the corporate purpose, which will take place after the end of the concession granted to the Company under the terms of Concession Agreement 016/2009-ANEEL, signed on February 26, 2009, between the Union and the Company. The Company has its headquarters and venue in the city of Brasília, in the Federal District, and as a sole and exclusive corporate purpose, the construction, implantation, operation and maintenance of the Public Service for Transmission of Electricity from the Basic Grid of the Interconnected Electric System, composed by Porto Velho (RO) Collector Transmission Line - Araraquara 2 (SP), n ° 2, in Direct Current, at 600kV as well as the other facilities necessary for the measurement, supervision, protection, command, control, telecommunication, administration and support functions , under the terms of the Concession Contract signed with the Federal Government, through the National Electric Energy Agency - ANEEL (“ANEEL”).

Manaus Transmissora de Energia is a public electric energy service concessionaire, which operates in the transmission sector and has its activities regulated and supervised by the National Electric Energy Agency - ANEEL, being responsible for the construction, implantation, operation and maintenance of its facilities. , which are composed of an alternating current transmission line, double circuit, at a voltage of 500 kV, with an approximate length of 600 km, originating in the Oriximiná substation, located in the state of Pará, passing through the Silves substation and ending at the Lechuga substation. , the latter two located in the state of Amazonas. The transmission line runs through 12 municipalities in 2 states (Pará and Amazonas), being responsible for connecting Manaus to the National Interconnected System.

Evoltz V Londrina Transmissora de Energia SA is a privately-held, Brazilian, publicly-held company with headquarters and venue in the city of Londrina - PR, established on May 15, 2007, with the sole and exclusive purpose of its company , the construction, implantation, operation and maintenance of the public electricity transmission service of the basic network of the interconnected electrical system, according to the standards established in the legislation and regulations in force. Evoltz VIII Transmissora de Energia SA is a private limited company with an indefinite term, with headquarters and venue in the city of Rio de Janeiro - RJ, established in November 2008. The Company's corporate purpose is unique and exclusive, the implantation, construction, operation and maintenance of transmission facilities, consisting of the Itacaiúnas - Carajás Transmission Line, in direct current, at 230kV, as well as the other facilities necessary for the functions of measurement, supervision, protection, command, control, telecommunication, administration and support, under the terms of the Concession Contract signed with the Federal Union, through the National Electric Energy Agency - ANEEL.
