Safety Culture
Safety is integrated into Evoltz’s daily life. With the priority of looking at people, through training, clear rules and the use of advanced technologies, we ensure that employees and partners are prepared to act with responsibility and prevention.
Our Golden Rules
At Evoltz, we follow a set of essential practices to ensure safety and efficiency in all our operations. Our Golden Rules guide our activities and reinforce our commitment to process integrity, the protection of people, and respect for the environment.

- The activities carried out by Evoltz are always conducted by properly trained and qualified professionals.
- Before each operation, we carry out a Preliminary Risk Analysis to identify and mitigate possible adverse situations, prioritizing safety at all stages.

- At Evoltz, access to restricted and energized areas is allowed only with authorization and always with the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Our teams make sure that any intervention close to tree individuals respects the minimum safety distances established.
- Before starting any activity in electrical installations, we ensure that all authorization processes are followed, and our practices comply with the DITAIS Rules.
- Before any intervention, we follow the DITAIS rules:
D – Disconnect | I – Isolate | T – Test | A – Apply Ground | I – Inhibt Prevent Re-Energization

- The use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE) is a standard in all Evoltz operations.
- The tools, machinery and equipment used are carefully provisioned and defined for each job, ensuring execution efficiency and safety.

- At Evoltz, we recognize that safety at work depends on full physical and mental capacity. Therefore, we do not allow the use of substances such as alcohol or drugs in our operations. This measure reinforces our commitment to the integrity and protection of everyone involved.

- When performing activities above two meters in height, our teams use appropriate anchoring systems, ensuring safety in every movement.

Driving vehicles on behalf of Evoltz is carried out with full attention to good safety practices:
- We always wear seat belts.
- We respect signage and avoid nighttime driving whenever possible.
- We do not use mobile phones while driving, reinforcing our focus on protecting everyone.

- We ensure that our cargo lifting operations are carried out with maximum safety, maintaining adequate clearance from people and inspecting straps and equipment before each movement.

- Transparency is one of our pillars. Any accident, incident, or unsafe condition is promptly reported to the immediate supervisor and the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) department, so that corrective actions can be applied effectively and quickly.
Working with electricity in its magnitude is a great challenge, but when we work in an environment with rules and discipline, achieving our mission is routine.
