Created in 2018, Evoltz is responsible for the operation of eleven transmission lines, totaling 3,561km, passing through 10 states of Brazil. The company is now an operational platform of energy transmission assets, capable of receiving new investments.
In 2021, the company reached a transformational milestone, at which time the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board (“OTPP”), entered into the definitive agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the company. This fact consolidated the success of the trajectory of Evoltz, which in just three years became an operational holding company for the management of electric power transmission concessions.

Manaus Transmissora de Energia is a public Service electrical energy concessionaire, which operates in the transmission sector and has its activities regulated and supervised by the Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica - ANEEL ("ANEEL"). It is, responsible for the flow of the energy generated in the Santo Antônio hydroelectric power plants, with a capacity of 3,568 MW, and Jirau, with a capacity of 3,750 MW.
